On this tutorial I show you how to activate ACDSee Pro 10, the latest version for the product. It should work with any version 10.x.
The files you need
In order to accomplish the tutorial’s goal, you need to download some files.
First of all, you need ACDSee Pro on your PC. Therefore, if you don’t have version 10 installed, you must download the setup from original sources. This is the link for 32-bit and this is for 64-bit. By the way, this is offline setup, not the online installer. In addition, keep in mind that on a x64 system type, you can only install the 64-bit version.
Finally, you will need a patcher to modify the program files and automatically activate the software. Hit the download button below.
Note: If you don’t have experience with this, you might not know that most of antivirus report cracks/patchers as virus, because they detect that the program has code to edit files it shouldn’t. In the perspective of a security software, a ‘program A’ that attempts to change files from ‘program B’ might be a threat. Therefore, you might get false positive warnings. If so, disable your antivirus during the process.
Why you should believe in a guy you unknown? Oh well… I just want to add the fact I tested the patcher on a sandboxed environment and the patcher only works with Pro files (not at surprise), and it won’t modify system/personal data, something a virus would.
Please, follow the instructions and read them carefully. I try to be clear.
Installing ACDSee Pro 10
To begin with, if you already have the program on your machine, just skip to the next section.
To install the program, just run the file you downloaded from previous section, with default file name acdsee-pro-10-xxbit.exe where xx may be 64 or 32, depending on which setup you downloaded.
The installation process is easy, thus there is no reason to show step by step. Customize it as you like.
On the very last step, click Finish and do not run the program.
This is the most important tutorial section, where I show the steps to activate Pro 10.
Firstly, make sure Pro 10 is not running. If it is, clicking on the red cross to close the window, is enough to end all processes and threads running.
Copy/Move the patcher. The patcher is the executable file named acdsee.pro.10.x.[32-64bit].unipatch.exe that you download from Download patcher button, on previous section. You must place the patcher on Pro 10 files location. Because of 32-bit and 64-bit, the locations are a bit different.
- If you have a x86 CPU or system type, the default location is C:\Program Files\ACD Systems\ACDSee Pro\10.0.
- If you have a x64 CPU or system type, the default location is also C:\Program Files\ACD Systems\ACDSee Pro\10.0. However, if you decide to install the 32-bit under x64 OS, instead of Program Files folder look under Program Files(x86).
Open the patcher. Click on Patch button.
Wait while the process runs. When it’s done, you should see —PATCHING DONE—.
Done!!! It was easy and quick. Run the program and check if it’s activated. Any questions, leave on comments 🙂
